A neighbourhood recipe, folded by hand.
"Fareej" means neighbourhood — the kind where doors stay open, plates are passed between houses, and a tray of sambosa means guests are on the way. That is the feeling we put in every box.
From the family table to yours
We did not start as a factory. We started as a family that always made too many sambosas — and neighbours who kept asking for more.

1 ·Where it beganA family kitchen in the fareej
The recipes come from home: fillings seasoned by taste, pastry folded the way we were taught, and trays made for Ramadan evenings, Eid mornings and every gathering in between.

2 ·The first boxesFriends, neighbours, then their friends
Word spread one tray at a time. To keep up — and to keep the crunch — we began freezing fresh batches so families could fry them whenever guests arrived.

3 ·TodaySeven flavours across the Emirates
Today our UAE kitchen hand-folds seven signature flavours, ten to a box, delivered to homes across the country — still made the way our family makes them.
How every sambosa is made
Four simple steps, done by hand, with nothing added that you would not use at home.

Packed & delivered
Ten pieces go into every box, kept frozen and delivered to your door across the UAE.
Cook straight from frozen
No thawing needed — thawed pastry turns soft. Cook from frozen for the crispiest result.
Fry in hot oil until deep golden, turning once, then drain on paper.
Brush or spray lightly with oil, cook in a single layer and turn halfway.
Best with karak, a squeeze of lemon or your favourite chilli sauce.
Taste the fareej at home
Pick your flavours, build a bundle, and keep a box in the freezer for the next knock at the door.
